Hey there! I'm glad you're here- seeking help for yourself! Facing emotions and harsh realities can be incredibly difficult to navigate alone. It can also be incredibly hard to find the strength and will to seek help. On top of that, finding the right therapist for YOU, can be quite tricky. You have to truly trust and connect with the person you are going to allow yourself to be vulnerable to, in order to effectively grow and heal. Right now, I'm a stranger to you, and that's probably scary! If you remember nothing else from this lengthy profile, please remember that all therapists are just humans, too. No better or worse. For the past 5 years, I have provided psychotherapy to individuals struggling with mental health diagnoses, including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, PTSD, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, etc. I specialize in trauma-focused work, as well as family therapy. I view all clients as uniquely individual and therefore utilize an eclectic approach. I am extremely direct and equally as empathetic. I truly want everyone to live up to their full potential and achieve their goals. Everyone deserves to be happy and live the life of their choosing.
