Introduction

Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with 5 years post grad, providing therapy and support to adults and adolescents. I believe in a person-centered integrative approach in order to meet the client where they are currently at. I have experience working with diagnoses such as, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Major Depression, Bipolar disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, ADHD and many more. My experience in the Partial Care setting has given me great confidence in my ability to assess for trauma/risk and in intervening in crisis. My passion is developing therapeutic relationships and being a part of the change for my clients and for the barriers that have been built around Mental Health. I believe in working to break down stigma and continue to advocate to do so.
