I have many years of experience supporting individuals recovering from addictions and substance use, as well as supporting people with loved ones struggling with addiction or mental health issues. I help people better understand how to navigate difficulties in life so they can find peace in the present. We all have the ability to grow toward better emotional health, and we often benefit from some guidance on that path. I am trained in trauma therapies including EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, mindfulness practices, DBT and CBT treatment. I support the ability we all have to change the way we respond to emotions, belief systems, relationships or situations, when that response is not helpful.
