Hi there! I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at the group practice Eclectic Therapy Collective (ETC). Curious about the name ETC? ETC is a collective group of clinicians who identify as using an eclectic approach in treatment. For me, this means I integrate a multitude of therapy techniques in our sessions to help you reach your treatment goals. I have been a clinician for over 8+ years, and have found much success when you pair having a safe space for sharing with an adaptive goal-seeking approach. I currently offer online video sessions only. Additionally, I am a Board Approved Supervisor for the State of Maryland, am a National Board Certified Counselor, and am a Certified-DBT clinician. I specialize in working with individuals with symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, and dual diagnoses with various substance use disorders. In addition, I also work with adjustments, chronic illness, codependency, coping skills, grief, life transitions, motivation, relationships (family, peer, romantic), stress, and substance use.
