My area of focus is helping individual adults and elders 65+. Please email me for appointment information. For those times you feel alone, scared and unsure, it helps to have someone who can support and encourage you through difficult and challenging times. I believe therapy is about working to improve yourself and learning to express your thoughts and feelings. My area of focus is assisting clients in learning to cope with a wide range of areas including depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, life transitions, aging, decline in functioning and independence as well as everyday challenges. I have been in the mental health field and providing therapeutic services for 12 years. My approach in therapy is using cognitive behavioral therapy, supportive therapy, strengths-based therapy and other therapy modalities. When we meet, we will work together to develop a plan and learn techniques that will help you reach your goals. I look forward to working with you and helping you on your personal journey.
