Introduction

Welcome, I'm Lauren Foss, MS, LMFT. After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University, San Bernardino (CSUSB) and entering the social services field in 2009, I began practicing psychotherapy as a Marriage & Family Therapist (MFT) in 2014, graduated with a Master of Science in Clinical Counseling Psychology from CSUSB in 2016, and became a licensed MFT in 2019. Throughout this time, I’ve provided support to individuals of all ages, as well as couples and families, within a wide range of settings. My integrative approach is both attachment-based and trauma-informed and includes psychodynamic, emotion-focused, interpersonal process, existential-humanistic, dialectical behavior, and cognitive behavioral techniques. I look forward to walking alongside as you navigate life's obstacles, develop greater insight and awareness, and obtain practical tools for managing difficulties. Please reach out for a free 15 minute consultation to determine if I'm the right therapist for you.
