In my work I find it useful to draw on a variety of clinical perspectives geared toward helping individuals and/or couples awaken the full potential of their (un)lived lives and unlock their ideal version selves. I have a warm, engaging style and my approach is collaborative, practical and solution focused. Each client brings to the process a unique set of needs, goals and strengths. My goal is to help empower clients to create shifts in their lives and get unstuck from patterns they live and relive over and over. I work from a belief that my role is not to “fix” clients but to support them, provide meaningful insights and tools to enhance awareness and promote choice over one’s life.
