Introduction

Hello! My name is Lauren and I want to help you discover your true potential. I have extensive experience in a variety of treatment settings, including inpatient behavioral health, partial hospitalization programs, and private practice. I have a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and Family Studies and a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology with a focus on Couple and Family Therapy. I currently hold an active and unrestricted license as a licensed marriage and family therapist. I am deeply passionate about fostering change through solution-based interventions and can aid in emotional regulation and development of coping skills. My treatment approach is primarily cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy. Together, we can make progress and achieve your goals to help you live your fullest life.
