Introduction

I have worked in the helping field for almost 15 years in a variety of capacities. I am passionate about helping people gain awareness, insight, and tools so they can see and make changes they desire. I have had the privilege of walking with people at the some of the most difficult places in their life. I specialize in working with teens, young adults, and adults who have experienced trauma, struggled with anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, or other issues that interfere with the ability to enjoy life. In addition, I work with individuals struggling with addiction, or those who have a loved one struggling with addiction.
