Introduction

Kindling hope. Strengthening families. I work with adult clients who may be struggling with life transitions, relationship instability/conflict, depression, anxiety, managing daily stress and career or family-life related burnout. As a PSI trained perinatal mental health provider, I support families in their journey from pre-conception through the postpartum period. Sometimes, parenthood is not what either mom or dad expected. I understand and am here to help. I specialize in postpartum therapy and can help with issues such as postpartum depression and postpartum anxiety. I embrace PSI's motto of "you are not alone and with help, you will be well." I enjoy working with couples in all different stages of their relationships. I have completed Level 1 training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and employ Gottman Method Couples Therapy in my work. Gottman Couples Therapy focuses on emotion, skill-building for managing conflict, developing new skills for enhancing friendship, & helping couples create a system of shared meaning. I am currently accepting new clients and am located in a cozy and comfortable office in Wilton, CT for in-person therapy. I also offer telehealth appointments for any residents of CT. New moms and dads are welcome to bring their baby along to my office for appointments! At Quiet Light Counseling, I firmly believe that all of us have the capacity to be well again, feel better and to have our light of meaning burn bright. Through our work together, I will help you find your light of meaning or rekindle that light within your relationship. You will be well and I am here to help you on your journey to wellness.
