I am EMDR trained and enjoy working with a variety of mental health concerns including, but not limited to, PTSD, trauma, neurodiversity (Autism, ADHD), 2SLGBTQIA+ issues, gender issues, gender dysphoria, identity exploration, chronic pain, chronic illness, Disability, and career development. I prefer to work with individuals who are ages 10 and older. I am particularly passionate about working with individuals who are neurodiverse, have disabilities, or identify within the queer community. I love teaching people about coping skills and ways to manage their mental health so they can feel empowered and in control of their treatment. I prefer a more compassionate, empathetic, and gentle approach to therapy, combined with a holistic and intersectional perspective to help you find your voice and be true to yourself. I use a person-centered, eclectic lens, with various therapeutic approaches to create an experience that will fit each individual and their needs. If you are looking for someone who has lived experience with mental health and disability, someone to listen to you, take you seriously, provide validation and support, and teach you ways to manage your mental health, please do not hesitate to reach out.
