I am passionate about working with couples and individuals who feel stuck and are eager for a change. I will walk alongside you as we search for new ways of loving, understanding, and communicating with those around you. I utilize Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) in my work as a counselor which is backed by over 20 years of research on attachment and relationship patterns. EFT has been proven to help couples change their habits, communicate in new ways, find security in their relationship, and reestablish connection and trust. In addition to EFT, I draw from attachment-based research, Internal Family Systems (IFS) strategies, and mindfulness practices. I strongly believe that the client is the expert in their own life. I will never assume to know or perfectly understand your experience because your experience is as unique as you!
