Introduction

CURRENTLY ACCEPTING CLIENTS I have IN-PERSON availability at my Eldersburg location. I prefer to see children ages 2-elementary aged in-person only. Hybrid and/or virtual offered to adolescents and adult clients. I see clients of all ages and diagnoses. My therapeutic framework is always meeting my clients wherever they are and holding them to the upmost positive regard. I use different therapeutic approaches based on developmental need and client preference. Accepted insurance: I am in network with Aetna, Blue Cross, and Cigna. I also accept out of network pay for reimbursement. Through client-centered practices such as: talk therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, creative therapy (art, music narrative, play) and dialectic behavioral therapy we can navigate the relationship within yourself and others. EXPERIENCE I have been a practicing licensed therapist for over 7 years working in outpatient and private practices. I have worked in outpatient settings working closely with PRP, NPs and psychiatrists which has given me a broader perspective for treating clients. I also have experience working at a private practice specializing in play therapy. In addition to the mental health field, I have worked in education for over 15 years as an educator and school counselor I am well-versed in the IEP and 504 processes and can consult with families.
