I'm here for women who are suffering. If you're in deep right now – if postpartum depression has taken over your life, or you've recently lost a loved one, or you're trying to recover from a trauma – and need help finding your way through this pain, I'm here to help. You need to feel better, and fast. You need a competent, caring therapist who is going to help you get back on your feet. You want to be heard and seen and supported through this painful period. If that sounds like you, let me introduce myself: My name is Lauren Abdill and I offer online therapy for women in New Jersey. I specialize in treatment of prenatal/postpartum mental health conditions, grief and loss, and trauma. As an exclusively online therapist, you can attend a session from the comfort of your own home.
