Struggle is part of what it means to be human. Many of us deal with significant stress related to struggles with communication, relationships, anxiety, depression, or trauma. I am an experienced therapist who specializes in helping clients learn to cope with difficulties and challenges while exploring the historical and relational reasons behind their struggles. I specialize in working with clients who have experienced traumatic events in their lives and are looking for a way forward. I offer evidence-based interventions for young adults and adults. I work from a variety of therapeutic perspectives, but I care most about the relationship between us and how that can help address the difficulties you bring forward.
