Hi, I'm Laurel! I specialize in anxiety, ADHD, relationships (of all structures), sexuality, polyamory/non-monogamy, and multicultural identities. I am especially passionate about supporting queer people of color and individuals from immigrant communities. I also enjoy helping clients build self-compassion, improve communication skills, and get more in touch with their emotional experiences.
