I specialize in working with people struggling with: fears of being a burden, perfectionism and people-pleasing, the wound of feeling "not enough," self acceptance, and difficulty feeling comfortable in relationships. As well as couples who are seeking: better communication, to break repeated patterns of fighting, increase connection and intimacy, and rekindle what once was. I'm here to be a warm, secure, and authentic support.
