We offer Interpersonal Therapy, Transpersonal, Mindfulness-Based, EMDR, wilderness-therapy, attachment-focused, somatics and psychedelic prep and integration. All of our therapists also love to bring in the esoteric: reiki, tarot, ancestral healing & meditation. We know how challenging it can be to take the first step.
