If yes, then we may be aligned to work together. We are specialized in perinatal depression, anxiety, trauma (including birth trauma) & stress. We offer Interpersonal Therapy, Transpersonal, Mindfulness-Based, EMDR, wilderness-therapy, attachment-focused, somatics and psychedelic prep and integration. All of our therapists also love to bring in the esoteric: reiki, tarot, ancestral healing & meditation. We know how challenging it can be to take the first step. Sometimes it feels like a leap or there may be feels of skepticism that there really is something more. We are here to explore, grow, and learn along side you.
