I am Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate who has a passion working with college students, teens/adolescents, and adults who may struggle with symptoms such as anxiety, depression, OCD, low self-esteem, relationship/family concerns, life transitions, and stress. My approach includes Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Person-centered therapy, and Solution-Focused therapy. I am committed to fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment where clients feel safe, valued, and heard. My goal is to create a space that encourages trust and an open dialogue allowing you to explore concerns without fear of judgement. I look forward to giving you the opportunity to share your story, goals, and expectations in therapy. Reaching out can be intimidating, but I encourage you to email or call to set up your free initial screening. I offer both in person and telehealth sessions. If you or a loved one are interested in taking the first step, please don't hesitate to reach out!
