Introduction

Are you struggling to make sense out of life? Not feeling quite like yourself? Are you finding it difficult to connect with others or struggling with relationships? At times, life can feel difficult and the constant state of worry can leave you feeling defeated, but there are tools that can help. I believe all individuals have the capacity for change and together we can explore patterns of behavior that may be keeping you stuck, learn to make changes that allow you to reach your goals, discover personal meaning, and work toward a life of fulfillment. I strive to create a space of comfort that allows for vulnerability and trust to engage in the therapeutic process. I utilize an eclectic approach of therapeutic techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, person-centered therapy etc. to help us process your experience, create goals together, and empower you to implement skills to help you make the changes that you need. If any of this resonates with you, we can walk together on your life path which may feel dark and confusing right now. I will stand beside you holding a light on the path to guide our way through.
