My journey into counseling began with a deep passion for understanding human behavior and a desire to help others navigate life's complexities. I specialize in obsessive-compulsive disorder, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, and family of origin issues, utilizing evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and other eclectic techniques. My aim is to create a safe and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions freely, gaining insights and developing practical strategies to cope and thrive.
