Introduction

I am a Graduate Student in the Mental Health Counseling program at Northwest University in Kirkland Wa. I am excited to work with clients of all ages and demographics. My preferred counseling method is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, with the goal of helping individuals choose healthier coping mechanisms and thought patterns that will help the client lead a richer and healthier life. I am a faith-based practitioner that believes that faith in Jesus is an integral part in helping us get through the trials of life.
