Introduction

You may be concerned that counseling will take away your edge. Know that your drive is honored here. It’s one of your gift and part of your success. But what created that edge may be causing difficulties in your life now. Working with me, you’ll engage in experiential exercises and somatic practices that connect you even deeper to your inner truths and desires. The majority of the work is bringing out your innate wisdom, though I may supplement with ideas from trauma theories and neural science. Clients I’ve worked with have shared things like, “I fell back in love with life,” or “I realized how to let other people in.” They’ve said, “Life became fun again and I discovered how to actually love myself.” Working with me is like finding the right personal trainer but for your heart and mind. While it can be intense at times, you’ll be aware of proper form and technique, that leads to lasting change. I’ve supported many individuals find deep resilience, vitality, confidence, and peace.
