Introduction

My clients often face challenges related to life transitions in employment, relationships, family life, and education. They also seek support processing challenges of daily life - from general distress to the emotions caused by what we see in the media to the debilitating effects of oppressive systems. My practice is trauma informed and I'm committed to cultural competence and cultural humility. My therapeutic style is open, empathic, and down to earth. Building a safe and trusting connection is a crucial piece of the therapy process. My approach is existential and highly relational which highlights the importance of both the right "fit" in the therapeutic relationship as well as how you fit into the world. Through my years of practice, I've seen how self-compassion, deep connection, and finding a sense of purpose contribute significantly to one's well-being. I want to help you take the steps toward achieving your wellness goals. I look forward to hearing from you. I am currently accepting new clients.
