Introduction

I’m a licensed mental health counselor committed to helping each individual learn how to express their needs in a healthy way and to develop new skills. My work focuses on understanding what lies beneath the here and now to understand what each interaction tells us. I specialize in depression, self-harm, and suicidal ideation. I believe in taking a collaborative and attachment based approach to help each person reach their goals in a way that feels most comfortable for them. I’m passionate about working with children and teens or anyone feeling stuck in a rut. Reaching out for help is often a hard thing to do, and I encourage you to take that first step toward taking care of yourself. This work will not be easy, but I will be here to support you and walk beside you through this journey. This work is an investment to a happier, healthier future. You are worth it. If you’re interested in scheduling a consultation with me, please send an appointment request.
