For over a decade, I have provided clinical support to individuals and families. My specialization includes the treatment of anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma. I consider myself an ally and have extensive experience working with the LGBTQ+ community and I am an ally. I utilize a range of evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Motivational Interviewing, to promote growth and healing.
