Introduction

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and graduated from The University of Texas with a Masters in Educational Psychology. I was a School Counselor in both AISD and LTISD for many years. Recently, I received certifications as a Youth Mental Health Specialist (CYMHS), a Child and Adolescent Anger Management Specialist (CSAM-CA), and a Child Cognitive Behavioral Specialist. My experience in various school settings gave me the unique expertise to address and recognize a multitude of educational, social, emotional, and behavioral struggles that children face on a daily basis. The focus of my practice is to provides a safe and nonjudgemental space for clients to explore their challenges through the therapeutic process. With compassion and honesty, I provide clients the tools for success that will empower them to thrive.
