I draw from my training in evidenced based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), but I also rely heavily on my own intuition to help guide our work together.
