Introduction

Whether you are making life transitions, are feeling depressed or anxious, are struggling with a relationship, have experienced trauma, or are seeking to gain self-awareness, I would be honored to work with you to create a space of healing and growth. I believe that empathy and compassion are essential in the therapeutic relationship and have found that progress is best achieved when integrating both the heart and the mind. We will work together to choose the approach(es) that work best for you. My experience is primarily in Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior therapy (DBT), relational, strength-based counseling, person centered therapy, Gestalt/experiential informed techniques, and Christian counseling. My specialities include the working with codependent relationships, boundaries, communication, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, anger, and struggles with self esteem. I am also certified in Prepare and Enrich premarital/relationship assessment.
