Health is the foundation upon which we are able to tend to what matters in our lives. There may be times we find ourselves stuck in patterns that negatively impact our health and make us feel more like autopiloted, checked-out, reactive "human doings" than conscious, connected, and responsive human beings. I am here to help you explore and change your relationship with your experiences, live in the present, and create a rich and meaningful life guided by what you value most deeply. Whether you are looking to process through trauma or loss, manage stress, navigate through new or difficult life circumstances, improve your wellbeing or relationships, find deeper meaning or purpose in your life, or are simply looking for a quick "tune up," I look forward to walking beside you on your journey. I am independently licensed as clinical social worker with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (LCSW-15765) and have been practicing since 2012. I have more than a decade of specialized experience working with first responders and others who have been exposed to trauma in their professional and personal lives as well as over two decades of experience teaching mindfulness, breathwork, and yoga.
