I believe the key to a successful therapeutic experience is to heal the mind, body, and the soul. I help clients reconnect with themselves and discover their inner power by applying a holistic, person-centered, collaborative approach. I have a keen interest in helping you feel whole in a way that feels natural and authentic. I do this by integrating evidence-based practices such as mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, sound healing, and HeartMath techniques into our talk therapy sessions, all aimed at allowing you to regain balance and recognition in your emotions. I have experience in both individual and group settings working with trauma, addiction, relationship challenges, depression, anxiety, and other mood disorders, PTSD, unresolved grief and loss, and adjustment to life transitions. I will walk alongside you as we discover new tools to heal yourself, reduce behaviors and habits that no longer serve you, all the while assisting you in recognizing your inner strengths.
