Introduction

I believe that everyone can benefit from a supportive, therapeutic relationship — whether you're navigating a major life transition or simply searching for a sense of relief and clarity. When anxiety, trauma, depression, grief, or burnout show up, it can feel overwhelming to carry it all on your own. But you don’t have to. In a safe, non-judgmental space, healing becomes possible. I’m here to help you feel seen, heard, and empowered as you explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Together, we’ll take courageous steps toward understanding and growth, so you can start feeling more like yourself again. I’m a trained EMDR therapist and specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, and first responder mental health. I also work with parents, healthcare professionals, and individuals experiencing burnout or life-stage transitions. I’m deeply passionate about the work I do because I get to walk alongside people as they reconnect with their strengths, discover hope, and create meaningful change. You don’t have to go through this alone. With the right support, what feels unmanageable today can become manageable tomorrow. I understand how scary it can be to reach out — but you are not a burden. You matter, and you deserve support, healing, and peace. If you're ready to take the next step, I’d be honored to walk with you. I’m here when you’re ready.
