Through 18 years of experience I have worked in a variety of settings and feel each has given me a wealth of knowledge and insight that allows me to provide you with expert care. I love being able to help individuals with difficult times in their lives. Though we often cannot change the events that are happening we can work together to change how you experience them and increase your resilience to become a stronger version of yourself. I am a member in good standing with both the American Counseling Association and the Pennsylvania Counseling Association. I continue to learn and expand my skills and am now able to offer EMDR therapy to my clients.
