I help moms & moms-to-be navigate the twists and turns of motherhood; whether it be struggles to become a mom, anxiety in pregnancy, postpartum depression & anxiety, coping and making sense of loss, going it alone, or finally dealing with one's mental health or trauma/childhood history. I help women regain a sense of calm, confidence, and self while teaching them tools to better cope with the emotional and psychological terrain of motherhood. I offer a free 20-minute phone consult to allow clients the opportunity to see if we are a good fit!
