Dedicated to empowering individuals and reducing stigma associated with mental health, I work with clients facing a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, ADHD/neurodivergence, trauma, self-esteem concerns, phase of life issues, and grief. I strive to create a non-judgmental space where clients can explore and be inquisitive about themselves without fear or judgment. I believe in the importance of addressing existential questions that often fuel anxiety, helping clients develop an open and growth-oriented mindset. By meeting clients where they are, I collaborate with them to set meaningful goals and create a supportive environment where difficult topics can be explored and processed. Together, we can work on strengthening coping and interpersonal skills, deepening your understanding of yourself and your emotions, gaining control over reactions and emotional responses, and bolstering a stronger sense of self, so you can face the world more confidently and authentically.
