Introduction

We are probably all familiar with that feeling of being lost or turned around. Have you ever found yourself lost on a trip, only to realize your map is out-of-date or is focused on the wrong area, or the address you're looking for apparently doesn't exist in your GPS? That experience can lead to feelings of anxiety, anger, self-doubt...or frustration with your companion. (Weren't they supposed to help navigate?!) But the times we're lost can also provide opportunities for beautiful discoveries we may not have otherwise experienced. Some of my clients know exactly where they are going, and I walk beside them as they chart their course, consider alternative routes, and arrive at their destination. Some of my clients feel lost or uncertain about their destination. As you travel on your personal journey, I can help you to slow down and get your bearings, check your compass, and start moving in a direction with confidence. I provide individual, couples, and family therapy to help you reach your desired destination. (***Please note that I only accept insurance for individual therapy, and do not accept insurance for couples or family therapy***) To get started, please complete the Client Interest Form on my website at www.mccarthytherapy.com
