Introduction

Hello, My name is Laura Noelle, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. If you are in search of a warm and genuine safe space to explore the issues preventing you from living the life you want, I am encouraged and hopeful you showed up here today! As your therapist, I will provide you with relevant and contemporary mental health care. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Emotionally Focused Therapy are some of the approaches we may explore. My clinical experience includes assisting people navigate traumatic stress, addiction, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, divorce and parenting, relationship issues and many other challenges. I know from my years of experience how difficult it can be to take these first steps toward wholeness and healing. We all need a little support sometimes, and that is what led you here today.
