Introduction

Whether this is the first time you are seeking therapy or looking to deepen your work, finding the right therapist and approach is crucial. To engage in the often messy, challenging work of personal growth, we must be supported and seen. I believe in an innate capacity for profound connection, purpose, and fulfillment; however, the ways we learned to cope from the past are not necessarily the strategies that help us to thrive now. My role is to help you understand what isn't working and develop new skills and practices that serve your life and relationships. I work integratively, using experiential/somatic, relational, and cognitive-behavioral approaches to help you develop practical skills that will allow you to connect with your inner wisdom and "show up" in your life. You will never be left without feedback, suggestions for what might help, and clear explanations for why-we will figure it out together. Change is an iterative process that requires both structure and creativity. Whole healing requires engaging with the whole self-mind and body. I am trained in psychedelic-assisted therapy (Ketamine and Cannabis), have completed certified yoga teacher trainings (vinyasa, restorative, trauma-sensitive), and am certified in Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy. I believe in being a fellow human first, therapist second. I am transparent, genuine, intuitive, and warm. I want my clients to expect a lot from our work together-we are exploring the most sacred parts of your existence and the experience of therapy should reflect the importance of that. I welcome the opportunity to know you.
