Introduction

I offer trauma recovery group workshops that bring together individuals with similar experiences. They are rooted in psychoeducation and peer support principles. They provide information to put our experiences into a greater context. The interactive nature of the group process decreases feelings of isolation and fosters feelings of connection and personal growth. I also offer customized trainings for organizations who want to offer trauma education to staff, recognize the role personal trauma histories may have on service provision, and mitigate staff burnout and compassion fatigue.
