Introduction

I have had the honor and privilege of working with adults in a wide variety of settings and situations. From these experiences, I have learned the importance of taking a non-judgmental and empathic stance with all my clients. I believe that everyone deserves to have a safe and welcoming space to enter where they can work on whatever is on their mind without having to be concerned about what the therapist thinks or feels. Coming to therapy can be difficult because it can mean having to face some difficult truths and realizations. Together, we will work at a pace that is appropriate and manageable to achieve your goals.
