I became a grief therapist after suddenly losing my father. This single event forever changed me, by deeply affecting how I choose to live the rest of my journey in this world. My personal grief brought me into the parts of my heart that I needed to examine and heal. I’m forever, grateful for all of those who loved and supported me through my grief. I look forward to guiding you through your sacred journey of loss and grief. I am here to witness and honor you. I’m here to offer, hope and strength as you heal. I provide Grief Therapy for all types of losses along with Reiki and energy healing as a way to support healing from grief and loss. The grief process is unique to each person. I will be here to support you. There is healing and hope on this grief journey. Together we’ll explore your thoughts and feelings around the loss you have experienced and find a path to healing.
