Introduction

Hello there, I'm Laura. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois. I specialize in complex trauma with a focus on attachment/developtmental trauma during childhood. The therapeutic interventions I use in my practice include EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy), Somatic (body-based) therapies, parts work, and experiential therapy. I believe deeply in the power of hope and healing and consider it an immense and sacred honor to walk alongside fellow humans in their healing journey.
