Introduction

Hello! I am a Licensed Mental Health Therapist in Florida since 2019, and have been in this field for 20 years. I graduated from Webster University in 2007 with my Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling. I then earned a second Master's degree in 2019 in Gerontology from Webster University. I have continued my education by becoming trained in Complex PTSD, Telehealth EMDR, and I am a Certified Informed Sexual Professional. Other modalities I use frequently are CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Jungian, Mindfulness, Trauma Focused CBT, and person centered therapy to name just a few. I love to help clients overcome their anxiety that impacts their daily living. I am also very passionate about working with trauma survivors and helping them regain their life back free from the crippling effects of trauma responses. I love working with adults of all ages 18 and up. The adults I serve are committed to their growth and healing they just need a safe space and a safe person to process their daily challenges and heal their wounds. In our first session, we will have introductions, questions, and answers, and then go over what brought you to therapy and what you want to gain from therapy. This information will allow me to create a unique plan of treatment just for you and your needs.
