Introduction

I am a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist with lived experience managing feelings of anxiety and depression. I've known what it is like to overcome mental/emotional struggles and now I want to support you through your own journey. I see adults experiencing symptoms of trauma, anxiety, depression, and stress. I also provide couples therapy. If you are thinking about therapy, you can schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation with me. If for whatever reason you think we would not be a good fit, I can also assist you in your therapy search. If you are a new client making a new appointment request, please be aware that I require intake paperwork be completed at least 24 hours prior to the requested appointment so that I have adequate time for review. If intake paperwork is not completed by 24 hours prior to the requested appointment, your appointment request will be declined. Please check your email for a link to the Client Portal in order to complete paperwork (be sure to check your spam folder). I look forward to working with you!
