For ten years I have supported my clients in getting clear on the life and relationships they want, and moving with hope and confidence towards creating them. I have a client-centered compassionate approach that honors the pace and timing of the individual. Drawing on my two decades of teaching yoga and mindfulness, I help my clients learn skills to relate more effectively to their thoughts, feelings and urges, stepping back from old, unhelpful patterns and learning to choose actions that are consistent with their values. I provide help to individuals with tics and body focused repetitive behaviors (hairpulling ,trichotillomania), developing self-awareness skills necessary for resisting urges, and developing alternative responses. I am also trained to address the impacts of trauma, and help my clients foster peace, strength and confidence to engage in living the life they want to live.
