Introduction
"Trauma is anything too much, too fast, too soon." As soon as I heard those words, I knew that my practice was going to be oriented towards healing this. Those who have experienced trauma need compassionate, competent care which partners with survivors to create futures we've only begun to dream of. My style is warm, connected, encouraging, and occasionally humorous. I deeply value and honor the importance of the therapeutic relationship and client self-direction; I can also ask the hard questions and encourage stable growth and grounding.
