Introduction

I'm a down to earth and trauma-informed therapist that is focused on helping you work through your concerns in a safe environment that is free from judgement. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, as well as a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor with experience treating a wide variety of issues from trauma, anxiety, depression, to personality disorders and substance use concerns. I am EMDR trained, but use other modalities as well, to meet you where you are. I believe in a collaborative approach in helping clients to reach their goals.
