I’m fascinated with understanding why we do what we do; in other words, I like to make sense of what’s going on around me. My personal interest in understanding behavior propelled the direction of my education. Over the past 15 years, I’ve channeled this experience into my clinical practice where my clients have so graciously allowed me to be part of their journey to a better well-being. The compassion and admiration I have for anyone who finds the courage to be vulnerable is what continues to motivate me in my practice. Seeking help doesn’t mean there’s something wrong with you; it simply means there’s something wrong. If you’d like to get more curious about yourself while learning how to find the humor and joy in your life, I’d like to help!
