Introduction

Hello, I am a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor in Alaska and have been since 2004. I come from an Army family of 25 years and have had the priviledge of being married to my best friend (also a retired Army guy for 20 years) and we are proud to have 3 amazing kids in their 20s. I love being able to work with all kinds of people in my private practice in beautiful Eagle River, Alaska and now all over (thanks to tele-therapy) and specialize in working with trauma using EMDR as well as with couples and families. I particularly enjoy young people in their 20s. I operate from a very client-centered basis as well as family systems and feel incredibly lucky to do something I have loved for the past 25 years.
